Select Login/Register.

 

If you already have a Membership Toolkit login (because you have used it for Grayson Bands before or you have used it with another organization), login as a Returning User and jump to the Returning User section below.  If you aren’t a returning user, select Create Account under New User.

 

For New Users creating an account:  Using the primary parent’s information, enter the name, email address and create a password.  You must then log into the email used and verify the link as well as the password created before you can proceed with registration.  * Please note that the verification link expires 2 hours after send *

 

After you’ve verified the parent account, you’ll be logged back into the Grayson Bands Membership Toolkit site as a Returning Member.  You should be taken to the Parent and Student Information Forms to complete.

 

Next within the My Forms section, complete the Directory & Publish Preferences.

 

Once the registration processes, you’ll see a New Forms section under My Forms that contains the 2025/2026 Marching Band Dues or 2025/2026 Colorguard Dues (based on the student status selection on the Parent & Student Information Form).  The first payment is due by April 14th. * Please be sure to select your student within the dues payment form before completing your checkout. *

 

Once you’ve begun paying on the annual dues, you’ll also see a Volunteer Opportunities section under My Forms that contains the 2025/2026 season marching band and colorguard volunteer needs.  Please consider helping the students in any way that you can.  This program needs a lot of support to be successful and your students love having you involved!



Returning Users:  Go to My Forms.  Review the Parent and Student Information form and update any information that has changed since last completed.

 

Next within the My Forms section, review (and update if needed) the Directory & Publish Preferences.
